Service Description

This appointment is when we will discuss where you want to be with health and lifestyle verses where you are. We will discuss what is working, what is not working and your non-negotiables. We will set up goals together that will work with your life and that are action oriented.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancelling more than 48 hours in advance will not result in any charges. Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance will be charged $50 fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit session or be charged for the full session.
